Hoping to play this and recently made a wheel logo for it. I am getting an error on Line 39:
Type mismatch: 'EMReel1.AddValue'

I had the same error on your Golden Nugget VP9 table. Any suggestions? Thanks and I appreciate your efforts!

Hello.

I am using version VPX 6 REV. 3760 and I have uploaded this version to Rogue Pinball here:

http://roguepinball.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=610

This SHOULD work for you. The last version kept giving me serious overflow errors but this one worked.

Let me know if this works for you and thank you for your interest.

Hey fellas, just for the record, the latest stable VPX release is now up to at least REV 3788.

Therefore, if you're going to upgrade your VPX version, I'd strongly recommend going with the latest stable release.

In case it helps, here's the official DL links:

Latest all-in-one VPX installer:

Latest VPX .EXE standalone:

Thanks Ike! Was wondering where this was but how in the heck do you know it's V. 3788? I can't find that anywhere over there. Thanks.

I had to check it from the "help / about" menu inside VP itself. They don't seem to list revision number on the DL pages.

From what I understand, the VPX.6 version you got was a pre-official release version, hence why it was an earlier revision.

For most people who only upgrade when there's a new official release, the revision number is therefore not much of an issue. I'm guessing that's why they don't list it over on the DL pages.

You would THINK they would post the version number when they post the updates like most groups/creators that release games but they must have their reasons. Thanks Ike.

where is the unapprove option, anyway? is that a super mod thing or something from the admin panel?

  • @ Ike Savage:
    oh wait, I see it
    Quote
  • @ JonPurpleHaze:
true, but they could also be invisible to users and perhaps allow the category to be removed
    Quote
  • @ JonPurpleHaze:
Don't know, do know that if you delete a category all files would also be removed so that's bad,
    Quote
  • @ Ike Savage:
seems like we discussed it in some length at one point and came up with the current arrangement, but I don't have a strong opinion on that stuff. the one thing I do like is that I can clear out weaker tables from the main section without deleting them

  • @ JonPurpleHaze:
Sounds fine to me Ike, can't disagree with ya!
    Quote
  • @ Ike Savage:
is it that you want to declutter more of the resources section?
    Quote
  • @ JonPurpleHaze:
    No it's fine
    Quote
  • @ Ike Savage:
also, just to be clear-- the issue with "unapprove" is that you don't know if the table actually gets deleted from the server, right? AFAIK I have no way of seeing where the tables actually lie on the server, so it's something I can't test effectively
    Quote
  • @ JonPurpleHaze:
They wouldn't get deleted from the server, I don't think.

  • @ JonPurpleHaze:
Can we get back to the subdomain folders/files, the uploads.pinballnirvana.com folder is where uploads would need to be, just wondering what might need to be deleted..

  • @ Ike Savage:
do you mind a phone call? probably easier to discuss, save some wear and tear on my hands, too

  • @ JonPurpleHaze:
No problems Ike, can't talk now but will try and set this up.

  • @ Ike Savage:
okay, well let me know if you need space cleared up across the torrent area, because I have some ideas

  • @ JonPurpleHaze:
Yeah, noticed a .zip file contains many versions etc..

Hi guys, I«m asking here as it might have a quicker response. How can I check the ball size used by authors in FP? or at least the default size if anyone knows. Thanks
    Quote
  • @ Gimli:
Most FP authors use the default size and don't know how to use BAM to alter it.
    Quote
  • @ Gimli:
I think it may be 13.8 though
