Hi my Base hit pinball machine having a issue single works fine double works fine the triple will stop at 2nd base home run will stop at 3 rd base and if there’s a man left on 1 st base when the start of a new game the bases should clear but a man stops on 3rd Base any suggestions we’re I should look at thank you

Disconnect and remove the running man unit.
Clean and inspect all it’s cam switches.
Manually turn cams to check for proper operation of switches.
Reinstall unit and test.
