My Bally Star Trek plays fine, but has two (related?) problems. When in play, the MPU resets when the ball triggers the out hole switch, the way the slam switch does. The switch test shows everything is fine, except that in the test and during gameplay, some switches trigger solenoids that they shoudn't. The launch lane switch triggers the left thumper solenoid, the out hole switch triggers a bumber solenoid, and so on.
I am using a new Alltek MPU and a solenoid driver board rebuilt by a tech (my old board tested good too). And the same symptoms persist. Any ideas on what the problem is, or if these two problems are related? Thanks for reading.
