To make sure there is no blocking from firewall (Kaspersky), I already tried to remove any related entries and I already tried when firewall was deaktivated/disabled. I deaktivated windows firewall in security center and I deaktivated it in the network connection settings (sorry, I don't have the right translation for the windows menues). I'm pretty sure there is no blocking from any firewall.

Sorry, I have no clue what you mean by DNS.

Is there any eventuality my ISP somehow disabled the connection to there from unknown reasons?

Yes, I was also thinking about a DNS problem (DNS Servers translate an IP address in human readable addresses - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx = www.visualpinball.be , but most probably GhostFace is right.
If you completely disable the firewall, some good result may surface...
It can't be a DNS issue, because his screenshot shows the "ping visualpinball.be" command translating to the proper IP address. And, since Yogi has apparently ruled out firewalls as well, the only other thing I can think of is that his IP is banned for some reason. Try connecting through an anonymous proxy server instead and see what happens. (No idea about anonymous proxies? Go here: http://anon.inf.tu-dresden.de/index_en.html )

It's so difficult to translate technical problems you don't understand at all in your own language, but I try:

I just found out that my ISP now uses new (additional?) IP range. Don't ask me what that does mean, but it seems that is the reason for my problems, because IP-adresses of users from that area/band are blocked on some site servers(?).

The (additional?) freenet-range is 89.48.0.0 - 89.55.255.255 or all 89.x.x.x. I'm not sure.

My actual IP-adress now this time is 89.53.16.130.

I will post that info to FrozenOne. I hope he will understand what I'm trying to tell him and can do anything.

With this info from FrozenOne I keep patient, but I'm not sure sites will work soon.

"The phenomena described is called "propagation", whenever somen
networkprovider (in your case freenet.de) puts a new ip-range in
function, all the internetrouters worldwide had to "learn" the route out
and in that network. This can take up some time. It is nothing a human
have to do, the routers "talk" with each other completely automically.

Within a week all websites would normally be accessible to you."

Just to let you know as I started this. Sorry for offtopic.

Sounds fishy to me, but maybe it's possible. Using an anonymous proxy would help you in the mean time.

I don't have a clue what that does mean and how to use. :bunny:

Thanks, it's too late here as always to try. Maybe tomorrow.

And yes, wikipedia is helpful mostly. Did I introduce you to wikipedia or what's the laugh about?

(New smilies there I need to try out)

Maybe the day after today or after tomorrow or later?

I'm just fighting with my new mainboard. Onboard via network chip doesn't want to work nice with my configuration and mostly produces blue screen when connecting to FritzBox or, if successful connected, when starting Firefox or Thunderbird and restarts PC at once.

I'll become :zombie: soon!

As I posted before, go here:

... and check out #9 on the list for more information about free anonymous proxies.

(While I'm writing this that site appears to be down, so here's what they say:)

#9 Best Free Anonymous Surfing Service
There are lots of reasons folks have for wanting to surf anonymously, ranging from simple paranoia to possibly being murdered by a malevolent foreign government. Whatever the reasons, commercial services that offer anonymity are doing real well. However one of the best services JAP, is totally free. In fact JAP is perhaps a little too good. That's why the German Police insisted in 2004 that a backdoor be put into the product to allow interception of child pornographers. This was done but subsequently removed as a result of court action by JAP. An alternative to JAP is another system called Tor. It not only allows anonymous browsing but anonymous email, IM, and IRC chat as well. Given the US Navy origin of Tor, the suspicion arises that this system may indeed have a permanent backdoor. However the source code is now publicly available so that suspicion can be set aside. Whatever, both JAP and Tor offer a level of secrecy that is better than many commercial systems. However expect your surfing to slow down as you'll be relayed through a chain of servers. You'll also need to change your browser settings to work through a proxy. Note: the latest V5 release of JAP now allows Tor users to use JAP as a software access point.

Just installed and now using JAP.

Same result, sorry.

Be sure anonimity is turned on, if it's not, you're still connecting from your own IP even if JAP is running. Also be sure that IE (or Firefox, whatever you use) is set to connect through Jap by telling it to connect using the proxy server at 127.0.0.1 port 4001.

GHoSTFaCe, this is meant to you: :rockband:  :flower:  :bunch:. This would go too far: :sex:.

I admit I didn't have fun to test JAP yesterday, but tried anyway. Installation asked me for which browser I want to install. I thought it would make right configuration for firefox then, but it didn't. I switched on anonym button, checked my IP adress and it was the same. I was wondering about, but I didn't care and tried the sites. Sure they didn't work. I could have find out what was wrong on my own, I think. But all about pc was so bothering last 5 days (new mainboard as old one died on Friday / I replaced it on Saturday, pc run fine again, but when connecting to FritzBox dsl modem/router, I got bluescreen and pc shut down automatically at once / I tried this and that, but same result always / pc seems to work ok now, but I don't know the reason for the errors before), I really had no fun to find out how to set JAP correctly. Thanks you for your patient and uncomplaining help. Very appreciated.

yogi,
nice to read you worked it out.
And a big round of applause to ghostface

Too bad there are some very long threads here and at VPF that keep me away from VPOH. No :argue: there, but :rocket:. I just can't tell, why I read these. Maybe because of this: :jocolor:

I just wanted to make some fun after reading some other threads.
