Hi All,

As you may know, I have just released "The Wrath of Kang" and in keeping with the Simpsonesque feel my next flipperless will be "Blinky Ball". Apart from Anthias, does anyone know who Blinky is?

General layout

Hi All,

It will be a bagatelle with NO lower table as such BUT it will have a format that has

Three upper channels bump into

Six middle channels which bump into

Nine lower channels which loop to Nine kickers in a O's and X's panel.

Each kicker is an image of Blinky.

Each turn gives you three balls to play over five turns

If you make a row of three Blinky's then you score a bo
nus which could be extra points or extra ball or something else.

Now that sounds cool

Done right, and I image you will do it right, from what I've seen you do so far, this could be a very unique and wild game. I would advise you to use a fairly relaxed slope, 4.5 or 5, or the ball movement might be so fast as to lose much of the effect. I hope this means that you're going to do a series of Sh\impsoms Minor Character themes. That would be so much fun.

Hi All,

Here is a SS so far. I still need to put in the ramps to connect to the Blinky's but you get the idea.

Nearly There

Hi All,

I'll appologise now for what is to follow.

The purists may not like this idea but I am coding Blinky Ball with a form of multiball. If you manage to get three balls into a row they return to the main table for three ball play. The balls settle back into the game frame and if they are again in a row they return again to the playfield.

There are slight slingshots on the TOP of the walls only and they help you to bump the ball OUT of the channels.

The table works quite well and should be finished by the weekend.

Why apologize?

If every table was the same, life and pinball would be very boring. Your originals are creative, innovative, and unique. While I'm not a fan of every feature on every one of your tables, the last time I checked, you didn't need my approval, thank goodness.

You and Anthias have added quite a bit to our Flipperless universe, and I think it only makes that universe more interesting. Will focuses on all things Coin-Op, and is the master at them. Nissananimal and I do mostly bagatelle recreations, a number of us, such as Kinsey, WillPower, who I hope returns soon, Jonathon, and I, do original bagatelle, and you and your brother cover an interesting mixed bag. And Redswal, who is a bit of a mystery man, or woman, is toiling away too.

The Flipperless community has never been more active or more diverse, and there are several other authors working on their first flipperless ideas. There is more than enough room for us all, and six download sections at TMOF for any and all of our interesting kinds of work. So don't eevr feel you need to apologize, RH.
