hi i have been looking for bongo for quite a while
i have a question regarding me converting this to f/s
to play on my cab is that allowed or not

I think I can answer that:

You are always permitted to modify tables for your own use, however you like.

For converting to FS in VP9 specifically, I recall that mostly being a matter of changing one or two checkboxes in global settings. IIRC, you can also change some X, Y and Z values to better position the way the table displays.
