@mallais17, follow this thread for resolution.

Have you checked the fuses?
The manual shows 5 flashers and general illumination each of which is controlled by its own driver transistor, so i don’t see how all the flashers could stop working at once, unless some board components went bad.
The flasher bulbs are a #63 and should be tested or replaced.
The flasher bulbs are powered by the solenoid driver board transistors that normally would power up solenoids at a higher voltage that the flasher bulb would allow, so some flasher bulb sockets might be mounted to a board with resistors to decrease the voltage that the flasher bulbs require.

The fuses all check out good.....i am getting different voltages at pins 1J6....weird.....Ive installed all led's could that be the problem?

Their are other lamps that are not working like all the lights that have soecial or tilt , game over etc..

When you swap led bulbs from incandescent bulbs that the machine was designed for , the electronics might not be compatible of driving a different load.
In the pinball database manual download, on page 20 is the lamp matrix. Check for similarities of bulbs out to the rows and columns on the chart. Check for wires off or loose connections on the IDC connectors for the lamp outputs.
Matrix chart will also have info on the wire colors for each row and column and sometimes a driver transistor number.
