Enable Push Notifications

I keep getting the message below every time I log in. I click on "enable push notifications" and it goes away. But then when I log off and back on, the message reappears. How do I make this message go away permanently?

Are you deleting your cookies when you after you log off?
I think if you click the Bell tab at top right of window, and click Preferences, you can disable Push Notifications.

I use a sandbox that gets deleted frequently. All cookies and anything saved from web sites gets saved there. Helps control viruses.
