Is it possible to turn off the Random Gallery Images on the left side ? My browser (Firefox) always reloads all the images and makes page loading very slow. Something like VPF's "hide left column" would be nice.

I was working on a friends computer over the weekend, on dial up and noticed this problem as well, I have disabled the random gallery. Users can now view the forums without the left column visible by clicking maximize at the top, show left column again by clicking minimize. :)
