OpenGL window/composite manager's. are those things still around?
 
windows vista will have the some of the same stuff but it is likely to need a lot more power then this may need.
 
who wants to use vista, spyware with an added o.s. layer,

anyway, the point is that it is downloadeable now and looks cool as hell :)
too bad my current Linux box is so weak that it only just manages to use a framebuffer! :(
