Very difficult to do without knowing the game and how it plays.
Most of the table authors have played the machine that they are recreating, so they know what it is supposed to do and how it does it, and can then translate the play behaviors to a recreation.

I just tried finding one, but this pinball machine is rare.

I think there might be enough materials at this point to re-create the game.

IPDB has the rule card, the flyer, and some pretty decent pics of the backglass. That last part is important, since it's a special backglass that lights up "jigsaw pieces" as you complete shots in the game. I see there's also a couple Youtube videos of the game in action.

Btw, @pbecker1946 already re-made a game with a backglass that operates very similarly, called Moulin Rouge (Williams, 1965) from only a few years later. You can check it out here:
