Updated to 4.1 for VPX.6.

- Removed the gate and replaced with a flap that opens and closes.
- All holes are now 3D and open and close when a new game is started.
- Added balls dropping when starting a new game.
- Fixed the plunger for much better shots.
- Added the PERFECT background to this masterpiece of machinery.
- Added FOUR table slopes for more playability.

Yo Will-- when you update a table, could you please update it's resource icon, as well? (it's near the bottom of a table's entry, when you do an edit)

I did it myself in this case, although I arguably should have left you to it.

Btw-- one way in which you can tell fresh resource icon thumbs from older ones is that Jon added some code to stretch a resource icon lengthways, in order to show off more of a table.

My bad Ike. I keep forgetting. Sorry.

I didn't update the older image of the older post before updates so this time there is no issue and I didn't even try to replace it.

I just usually put up a screenshot and the file with the update info and that's it. I usually don't play with anything else.

I didn't update the image to a newer one due to this issue. If you would update the original VPX image that would be great. I'm not going to play or fart around with it ever again. Knowing my luck the table zip will be sent back and my email will get corrupted
