Nuke+VB=hate

hey Jon, still have problems with signing into VB, and then going to the download section that's part of Nuke with my membership. It actually won't show I am registered on the front page, yet still will allow me to download etc, even though I'm a "guest" (sic). Even signing in at the front page won't work. Works I believe the other way round, if I sign in first through Nuke.

Has the developers for the bridge ever fixed this problem?

This bug is known and was supposed to be squashed by the bridge developer last January, it rarely happens to me. I think the key is to delete your pinballnirvana cookies and then sign in on the forums and make sure to click on the remember me box. PostNuke is in the process of being replaced with vB because of these problems, you turned me on to Nuke, I love it but it's now Zikula and lot's of stuff would disappear without the long and painfull conversion.

Thanks JPH, will remember that. Did you look at VBAdvanced? Built for use for VB as opposed to as a crutch.

Faralos, if that excites you, then maybe you better thinking about taking more cold showers in the future.

Yeah shiva, check the vba portal that's been a wip, (http://www.pinballnirvana.com/forums/cmps_index.php) i can't replace the postnuke home page until the downloads section is replaced and it's a pain.
