From my meager knowledge, I can share you this:
"History of Pinball" from 1998
"Tilt: The Battle to Save Pinball" aka "The Future of Pinball" made in 2006
"Special When Lit" made in 2009
"Tilt" made in 1979 (not a documentary... but precedes them)
"Pinball Summer" aka "Pick-Up Summer" made in AD 1980 (ditto)

and of course "Pinball: The Man Who Saved the Game" from 2022 the movie you need if you can only get one

Edit2: Watched ~40min, and there were only two ad breaks.
I found it pleasant enough. Pretty much a survey of the experiences of pinball operators around the coast of Australia.

A lot of different machines seen in the movie, including some unique and pretty rare ones, but not really a deep dive in to any of them in particular. More about the experiences of the owners, and what it's like to run arcades in Oz.
