Pinballs in video games...

I recently watched my roommate play through a game from the Resident Evil series (I think it was RE3), and in one of the buildings there were a few pinball tables. I'm not even sure they were real tables (One of them looked like it had a large vase on the left side of the backglass), and I can't seem to find a good screenshot on google images, but would anyone here know?

First, if you have the game on an emulator, could you get me a screenshot of the tables in question?
Second, if you know what the tables are, or if you know they aren't real, could you let me know?
