The latest version of the reproduced tables list - a work in progress - is now available at Pinball Nirvana. It's in the support files and tutorials section. The file is a zip file - the original is done in Excel but the file I provide is an Acrobat PDF file so anyone can read the file using Acrobat reader.
This lists all the tables ever made by manufacturer and shows which have been reproduced for VP/VPM and are available at Pinball Nirvana, IRPinball and AJ's.
The list is a work in progress and I have now completed Gottlieb. I will release the next version when I get Williams done which might take a month or 2. As you can imagine this is a bit of a monumental task so it is a bit slow.
