I have a williams winner that pressing start it cycles straight through counting to ball 5 then to game over without shooting a ball

I have a williams winner that pressing start it cycles straight through counting to ball 5 then to game over without shooting a ball

The pinball database has both the schematic and the manual to download.
When the ball rests on the ball rest switch it completes the circuit to the outhole relay thru a shooter motor relay make/break normally closed switch and the score motor index cam make/break normally closed switch.
The outhole relay hold in circuit is a normally open switch on the outhole relay and score motor cam 5 normally closed switch .
When outhole relay pulls in the score motor runs.
Score motor cams 1&2 pulse the ball count unit depending on # of players.
Score motor cam 4 will pulse the shooter motor relay thru a lock relay normally open switch & a outhole relay normally open switch.
Once shooter motor relay pulls in a make/break switch on this relay transfers the power from the outhole relay pulse circuit to the shoot button and ball release relay circuit.
Score motor cam 5 normally closed switch opens the outhole relay hold in circuit , dropping out the outhole relay. Awaiting the shoot button to be pushed. After ball is shot out the shooter motor relay opens when the shooter arm opens it’s end of stroke switch.
Concentrate on the outhole relay releasing and the shooter motor relay pulling in at the correct times, along with the end of stroke switch.
