Teed Off Table HELP !!!!!!

Hi there,is there anyone out there who can tell me how to get this game up and working.It loads fine i put the coins in and hear the noise of the coins but no credits actually register and the option to start the game NEVER works/happens.Do any of you have this machine going as it looks a great fun game and would love to try it.many thanks from the BigOne

Download the attachment to this, it has 3 nvram files for teed off. Extract them to your Nvram directory and try the game again.
