Williams Base Hit (Williams, 1967) Pitch 'n Bat: baseball game targets

Hi I have a pitch n bat Williams baseball game on the targets the out double triple all the targets work expect the left and right single the running man won’t come up and go to frist Base all other targets they work all that happens the single light will come on and the switch on the reset bank will trip no movement of the running man I can manually hit the # 1 relay and running man will come up and go to first base but when target is hit from the ball nothing but the light just comes on

The left and right single target switches are 3 wire make/make switches. When target is hit power is sent to the #1 relay and the first base latch-in.
Check the resistance of the #1 relay coil and try to get it to pull in by jumpering power to it. A jones plug problem from the target unit to the relay board might keep the relay from pulling in.
