Sega SS Recreation BAM FP ID4 (Sega, 1996) v1.3

BAM users:
My personnal physics (used on all tables in my virtual pinball) is included. If you use BAM it will be automatically used.
unless you choose to remove the my xml file to use your personnal physics

FAKE ball reflexion for BAM user (remove xmen.zip if you don't like it)

this table may not work very well (ramps stuck,slow ball movements) with default physics.
It may be ok with 2.5,2.6 or zedonius physics.
