While we're unsure who made Shoot The Chutes, any number of companies, including Marx and Hasbro made these sorts of toys over the years. Originally selling for as little as 15 cents, they have been sold on eBay for $10-$15. Which just goes to prove that you should never throw anything away. --@tiltjlp
