The Speed Freak's recreation of the Bally table Six Million Dollar Man updated to BAM and FizXLite. Corrected a couple of minor things such as the colour of the extra ball and special lights (they were back to front, ie Extra ball was red and Special was Orange) and the length of the inlane wires (too short)
Place the included SMDMan.fpl, and SMDMan_audio.fpl files in your Libraries folder.

* completing bionic power score awards 50,000 points, 5 bonus advances and opens ball return gate.
* 2nd time also lights bionic power score special light.
* bionic power score special awards 1 replay.
* thumper bumpers score 100 points each.
* outlanes light for special when saucer value reaches 10,000 points.
* ball thru outlane when lit for special scores 1 replay.
* maximum 1 extra ball per ball-in-play.
* tilt penalty ball-in-play.
Additional rules / scoring controlled via Dip switches
Known issues
================
Crystal pegs not used. this is due to a bug in FP (conflict with transparent plastics and glow from lights)
Only the Basic sound system was implement. The original table included a setting for more advanced sounds (only minor difference)
The timing of the sounds and scoring of the top kicker are out.
One peg model not available yet.
No end of game High score entry (had issues with six players) although the HSTD is retained in the fpRAM.
