Skill Cards, 1957 by Giepen for VPX V. 1.1

Completely updated. Read the table info for more information.

-All card holes are now 3D and they all open and close when a new game is played!
-The FREE play hole is a REAL HOLE. Watch the ball circle around and try to avoid being drained!
-The lines on the cards were the same as the play field. This has been fixed.
-All bumpers that were used on the play field have been removed and replaced with pins.
-Plunger has been updated to the proper black tip and has been updated for much better shots.
-Shooter lane is now the proper width.
-Proper ball dropping sounds have been added when a new game is started. This sounds realistic.
-Top of the machine image has been extended to the top of the screen and play field view has been pulled back.

    B2S server.exe Version 2.5.0.320 How can you make the B2SDMD stay on Visible. Make it the default instead of hidden. Did new install of 10.8 final have many tables I would have to open to change to visible instead of hidden. Any help would be much appreciated.
