Updated from VP6 to VP9.
Redrew a lot of Whiz Ball - adding many graphical improvements, fixed snapper and snapper speeds, added a "hidden" shooting speed feature, fixed to allow player to change snap speed at any time during play, fixed plunger for Midget Bagatelle, updated fixes on Midget Bagatelle.
