Gottlieb 4 Square (Gottlieb, 1971) Game Won't Start!

My son and I are playing my newly aquired pinball and having fun. We have a bunch of credits racked up, my son finishes a game, pushes the start button and NOTHING! All the lights are lit from where the game ended. I turned the machine on and off and still nothing and the same lights are still lit. In other words, it didn't reset. What can I do? Is this beyond a simple fix like hitting a reset switch that I don't know about?

Do you mean the general illumination lights are on or just the back box lights?

It is possible (but unlikely) one of the fuses blew. Check the fuses (with the machine unplugged) to see if any have blown.

What I mean is the lights are where they are when the game ended prior to resetting the game(as Pictured), which it won't do.
