I know it is - that's why I hate the greedy industies and the Coke-Truck, telling me it's X-mas since mid November - this is just sick! But...
Over here, we use to light up a candle on Sunday of the first week, two on Sunday of the second and so on. So, the four Sundays before the great day we prepare to finally celebrate the arrival of Jesus, finally ligthning all those candles on the X-mas tree - most people do this the evening of the 24th and then 25th again. That's how we celebrate the holy time over here, in the 'old World'...
How ever it will be celebrated in your place - I wish you a wonderful holiday season!
