Oh Hi all.
Yeah, I've been living with this guy in my dreams. The Identity Thief has A Facebook Page:
https://www.facebook.com/ElCaLAvera57
He forged 16 checks and subscribed to 7 online sex date and porno sites using my 87 year old Mother's I.D. and account information. The bank refused the online claims. They say that an 87 year old woman bought sex date subscriptions. We did get the counterfeit check money returned ($4,300) but not the $250 for his blow jobs.
I don't need such blow jobs.
I didn't finger him. We received a Bank of America overdraft notice of Minus $720, at which point I became suspicious. I went online and forged my Mom's I.D. myself just to get a look at the withdrawals. I saw several checks with "PLS Check Cashiers" on the back as the cashier, so I called the district manager and had my Mom's name flagged on their end.
Two days later, Mr. Garcia tried to cash his last check, and they called the cops.
The first two checks were signed by a woman who lives right next door. The cops don't care about her. She was never investigated and is still living right next door.
She still snickers at me when I walk past her.
Then, two months after her two checks were forged, Mr. Garcia became her boyfriend,
and then started writing his own checks, 16 of them. He crashed the account.
He started on dial-up ISP, then cashed the first counterfeit check, then bought a Smartphone, at which time he then took up the sex date and porno web habit.
He bought his last sex date subscription one hour before his arrest, while sitting in his car with his Smartphone, near the check cashier location in Sylmar, Ca. The bastard Expected Savings Account Overdraft Protection to refuel the checking account and he meant to take every penny.
My Mom doesn't use Savings Account Overdraft Protection.
The cops ignored the 16 counterfeit checks. He was busted strictly based on that last lemon after the flag. So he was tried on only one count of forgery which conveniently ignored the $4,300 that he stole. It was a felony, but not Grand Theft, so he only got 1 year, commuted to 5 months.
When he was released, he was seen in our parking lot giving the local dudes all high-fives and they partied all weekend. Later, I found a dent in the back of my car.
I believe in following suspicious people, though I don't bother shooting them.
Otherwise, I'm hitting 60 and am starting to have eye trouble. And it is hard to talk positive about current events, like movies, when the people involved are not honorable. I guess the cat gets my tongue.
