You mean RAR as the file extension, right?

Install 7Zip and forget about compression formats. You can decompress everything with it.

RAR is a type of file compression. (Think of it as another form of a ZIP file)
Easiest way to open these RAR files is to install 7zip. (This is a free program)
It not only extracts RAR files, but works on many different file types.
Find 7zip here...

7-Zip

After installing 7zip, right click on RAR file with mouse and select 7zip....extract here.

Now the contents of the RAR file are extracted, and you will have access to the table that was inside of the RAR file.
