To me, this showcases just how far the VP (and FP) project have come, across the years.

Like, back in the day, authors such as @kristian and @scapino would painstakingly build single-perspective, one-off templates in order to dress up tables, creating an end-product that was perfectly lovely... iifff you happened to dig that singular effort.

NOW... with 'the flick of a switch' you can custom-specify a table (in VP) to appear from any POV, with whatever ambient lighting you like. But even better, it's that authors (as here) can create a sense of lamp glow and vastly more interesting light dynamics... on top of the incredibly more realistic and specifically mod-able physics, of course.

And that's just speaking as a dumbass who's barely been in the pin-sim loop, for years.
