Disabled Account

I apologize if someone has already asked this, but how do you reactivate a disabled account? I ran into the problem after resetting my password. I am able to log in but I can't do much else. Trying to create a new account is out of the question since I used up my previous emails. So, am I basically stuck?

What are you not able to do?
Maybe try deleting browser cookies, and then sign in to see if that helps?
You are able to post, so we are getting somewhere at least.
Maybe this is a delayed post, from when your account was disabled.
Everything should be working now.
