Williams Disco Fever (Williams, 1978) wet

I found a williams disco fever in a house that I bought. Unfortunately the back box was sitting on the floor and had gotten wet at one point. I made sure it was dry before plugging it all back together. I turned it on tonight for the first time and all I'm getting is a buzzing noise. No lights on any of the boards or on the displays. Once when I power cycled it, it almost seemed to make some noises from the speaker once.

I know that it may not be promising since the backbox has been wet but any guidance on where I should start would be great.
