Very interesting. I start school in 2012 for wind/turbine technology. Can't wait to learn the future. It's gonna be a blast. Wind/turbine power will be the wave of the future! GREAT READ Steve! :)

In addition to wind power, I would also consider solar and thermal systems. The solar systems are day and sun-dependent unless there is a way to store the energy collected.

A thermal system could store heat from the sun for 24 hr.+ use.

After wind/turbine tech I'm taking solar as well. Will be worth every penny and the time. Hope to make some $$$ while I can

Yeppers. Look forward to a future "career" instead of a job. I still have to wait for my grant to come through, but hope to be in classes this fall. What exciting stuff.
