Guys,
New to the site and still navigating around. My best friend gave me his F-14 Tomcat game and I am having fun getting it back to running and complete. I have replaced all rubber and some bulbs, as well as the battery crib. There are 2 flaws with the game that I would like some advice on.
1) There is no motor for the beacons on top of the machine. I have seen that you can buy the motor, but someone not only removed the motor but the center reflector and pulley also. The 2 outside beacons are complete. Anywhere I can get these other parts?
2) SOME of the sounds are faint and distorted, particually the human voices. You can only hear them if you turn volume all the way up, and then just barely. The sounds that are affected are 01 02, 01 03, 01 04, 01 06, and 01 07. I dont understand as most other sounds are loud and clear.
Any advise you can give would be much appreciated.
