HZR submitted a new resource:

FBX Converter x32 and x64 - Converts to a importable format

If you get errors or handler errors in blender or milkshape this may work for you,
it converts the current fbx format to a useable one. I used oit for a maximo character fbx file and it worked.

Some of these programs are good and free I think they convert to many types of 3d.
