VP8 SS Recreation Firepower V1.2 Released (Also Fire Action V1.2) v1.3

Changes/Additions
------------------------
V1.2 of both Firepower and Fire Action adds new wooden frame bits to either side of the table (they were cut off width-wise from previous aspect correction not being perfect). It also adds high resolution plungers to both tables.

Firepower V1.2 also has the previous VPM workarounds removed now that the latest VPM has fixed solenoid smoothing in Williams games. Slings and Pop Bumpers now operate off the solenoids directly as do the flashers (which now pulse correctly without an added timer).
