Williams Fish Tales (Williams, 1992) flipper is dead

I was having a few twitches on the right flipper, I thought the connector might be loose so I pulled and reseated the connector on the right opto board, but when I tried it, it was completely dead. I looked and realized I missed reseating the jack in the correct position by one pin to the left. I pulled and restated it in the correct position but now it's completely dead. Did I fry it? How can I check/fix it?

Give me a step by step repair process and thank you in advance.

what was the jack# off of what board? do led's on that board still light up? does the other(s) flippers still work? check all fuses?

It was the connector that plugs into the opto board for the flipper switch itself.

you can try swapping the opto boards with the other flipper opto. if the problem moves the opto got fried. it looks like the opto board has 2 resistors and 2 optos that can be resistance tested. compare readings to the good opto board.
