Gottlieb Flying Carpet (Gottlieb, 1972) help

I recieved a flying carpet recently and i dont have much experiance fixing em machines, or pinballs in general. Ive got it mostly working since if recieved it. The one problem I am currently having is that the ball count isnt going down. there is a window on the right side of the wedgehead. and the stepper unit is also working correctly if i manually actuate the solinoids, they are just not getting power. Also the only way I can "play" a game is by actuating the solinoid for the balls 1-5 manually. If I add a game the stepper unit on the wedgehead counts up, but nothing else seems to happen. I have the schematics for it, but honestly im not the best with schematics. When I actuate the stepper for the 1-5 balls to the game over it still feeds out balls continuously Any help is appriciated.

yes i have checked pinwiki but im having trouble finding this exact issue
