Okay. Take two Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked brand Original Pork Sausage breakfast links and two slices of Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked brand Hickory Smoked Bacon. Heat them all according to directions and wrap each link with one slice of bacon in a spiral from end to end. Lightly toast a slice of bread keeping it on the bread side. Spread with butter or margarine and fold around the two bacon-wrapped links. Add a couple of drops of corn oil to revive the flavors lost to the freezer and tilt over the kitchen sink to drain any excess oil.

I don't know about the Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked brand Original Pork Sausage breakfast links, but I do enjoy the Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked brand Hickory Smoked Bacon. I use 5 slices heated for 45 seconds, and put half on each of two Aunt Millie's whole wheat Slimwiches for a tasty start to my day. I also use Miracle Whip Light on them.

Fats are essential for creating hormones, but I think the problem with fats and arteries are due to a deficiency of Pantothenic Acid, a.k.a., Vitamin B5 (Calcium D-Pantothenate) It along with small amounts of Carbon Monoxide form Co-Enzyme A which controls fatty acids and monoxides while promoting cell respiration and exchange, and it prevents sticky platelets.

B5 is found in meats, nuts, egg yolks and in most living things that also contain fats, else without it they would snuff too.
B5 is easily destroyed by oxidation and age.

There is a difference between Pantothenic Acid and B5 (a salt). The acid can be used directly, but B5 has to be converted to the acid in the small intestine in order to be usable.

Now if you want to talk about stale, rancid, smelly, processed storebought fatty products which contain adulterants with no active B5, then that would be different.

I'll soon be 65, and I'm not in perfect health. Since I'm going to die eventually anyway, I'd rather die from doing something I enjoy, and I do enjoy eating pork.
 
I used to like Peanut butter (chunky) on toast with bacon. Untill my wife said she won't make it for me anymore.

Well Hot Damn! How things keep on changing for the worst.
I bought two boxes of Jimmy Deans Fully Cooked Heat & Serve Breakfast Sausage tonight, and to my chagrin, the parent company Sara Lee ain't making pure Pork Sausage anymore.

They've gone cheepo and now it's made with mechanically separated Turkey and Pork. I can't buy JD Heat & Serve Pork Sausage anymore. And I Hate Turkey Sausage.

Inspiration comes from strange places. Jimmy Dean found it stuck between his teeth.
Jimmy Dean had done pretty well for himself in show business. He had beaten the Today Show in the ratings with his own morning show on CBS. He starred in a network variety show (which introduced the Muppets to the world) on ABC . He had number one hit records with Big Bad John and PT109. He was a successful concert performer and Las Vegas headliner. He appeared in movies, including the role of a villain in a James Bond movie. He was a favorite on the television talk show circuit with his wry wit and storytelling ability.

But, he didn't trust show business. He never felt secure, mostly owing to his childhood memories of being dirt poor, and was always on the lookout for other opportunities.

He found his answer one morning when he was in a "li' ol' diner" eating breakfast. Something got stuck in his teeth. He reached his thumb and forefinger into his mouth and extracted a big piece of gristle.

"Good God Lord," he thought. "There must be room for a quality sausage, somewhere."

Jimmy Dean had grown up in Plainview, Texas. He bought a hog processing plant in his hometown, put his brother in to run it and began making his own sausage. He named it Jimmy Dean Sausage.

He became the spokesman for the company. In his television commercials, he sold himself as well as the high quality of the sausage.

The sausage was a big hit and became the number one breakfast sausage on the market. It became a $500 million a year business.

Jimmy Dean sold the company to Sara Lee in 1984 for a huge stack of stock.

He didn't have to worry any longer about the fickleness of show business or having to head back to Plainview for a life of manual labor.

Jimmy Dean passed away at his home June 13th, 2010 at the age of 81.
