How do I go about taking a screenshot of a table? Im running window vista 64 (Bleh!). Is there a button for this in visual pinball?

make sure the focus is on the table, not VPM, and hit the "print screen/sysreq" key next to the "scroll lock" key on the keyboard. open up graphic program of choice and then choose "paste". save your file in a compression format like JPG if you intend to paste it to webforums like this.

or use any of the screenshot capture utilities out there (google, etc)- they will automatically save the screen to a file whenever you hit a certain key combination.

Thanks man, apparently with Vista it has a new thing instead of prntscrn, its called snipping tool. I guess it works but I dont like it as much as the old way.

oh, so i see. sounds kind of cool from what i read.

but if you don't like that, you can always use some other utility:

PrtScrn still works as well.

Just hit it, open Paint, (i prefer IrfanView), and paste.

Save in desired format - done.

after I lost my hard drive my prntscrn wouldn't work anymore so i found this program it is free and should work with vista as well

Are you using a Microsoft keyboard with an F-Lock key on it?
Maybe you need to install a driver for the keyboard, especially if it has extra custom keys.

I use http://www.xnview.com/ myself, it's free and has some very useful options for resizing, editing, sharpening and capturing that screenshot, does lots of other stuff to. :)
