VP8 Williams SS Recreation Grand Lizard 1.2 and Taxi 1.6 Updates

Taxi 1.6
New in this version:
-Using now PacDude's Impulse Plunger. The longer you hold down the plunger the stronger will it be.
-Adjusted rubbers elasticity (from 0.3 to 0.4)
-New backdrop based on the backglass.
-Added rules (r key)
-New apron image and new yellow cab (this partially fix the perspective)

Grand Lizard 1.2
New in this version:
-Fixed bug: locking the third ball it is now working.
-Fixed bug: slings now scores points
-Adjusted flippers strength (again)

I have already uploaded them, so it won't take long before they are available.
