Gottlieb Hot Shot (Gottlieb) H relay not holding

I completed a pf swap on my Gottlieb Hot Shot and have been working through various issues. The last problem is the H relay will not stay energized so the game stays in tilt.

Initially the H relay would not energize at all. I tested the H relay circuit with alligator clips and made some switch adjustments to at least now it temporarily energizes. I have cleaned the H relay switches and all switches in the circuit.
