Favorite Pinball Machine

My Jokerz machine has trouble with loading the ball it takes multiple tries to get it loaded for play. New to owning machines and just learning how to fix some problems any help is appreciated. Thanks!

make sure the kicker arm is centered in the middle of the ball. adjust if needed.
