To learn about FP and Kinect the best resource comes from Ravarcade.PL - the author of BAM (Better Arcade Mode) for FP.
Read his section for Kinect and follow his instructions and you will be wowed.
If you are using FP and haven't installed BAM you are missing out on FB @ it's best.
If there is interest in this thread I will elaborate on how I use Kinect to play some FP tables in 3D anaglyph, Amazing but not for everyone.
