Bally KISS (Bally, 1979) power transformer testing

I am trying to restore a KISS pinball machine. I really need some help with test points using my sperry voltmeter. Currently i have a new board rectifier (pre wired) - new Allteck MPU- Solenoid driver board and lamp driver on the way.
I just want to make sure my power transformer module E-00122-0131C is working properly. I am not real familiar with using the meter and was hoping I could get some help Pictures of the test wires and voltage AC/DC would be awesome!

For starters I am starting to re-pin all of the connectors using the molex female connectors .100 & .156 for a clean attachment to the new boards.
I have the playfield (top side) tore down and ready to start touch up and clear coat.

What have I got myself into

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you tried the IPDB yet?
they have the schematics and the manual on their site
