Look what I found at an antique store downtown tonight

Framed backglass from an old flipperless machine (Lucky Star, Gottlieb 1947).

They apparently want $65 for it. It doesn't look in too bad a shape...if it's still there this weekend I may see if I can get it.

Is the frame permanent or can it be dismounted for use?

They were closed when I saw it so I couldn't get more than a window view, so I'm not fully sure. It looked like it could be dismounted, though.

Although the mitered corners on the frame itself look glued,
hopefully it can be tapped apart with no damage to the glass.
damn good price though, I'd beg my gal to go for it, um...
where do you live again? :)

Unfortunately when I went by later that week when I could conceivably grab it, it was already gone :(

Aw Man.
Life is like that sometimes....too often.
