Been collecting artwork myself for use in 3D Arcade. These are perspective-corrected and Power-of-2 re-sized (square) images for that purpose.

I got the images from

http://www.ipdb.org/

which is a treasure trove of info and artwork for over 5000 machines.

Note that images there are rarely usable in their raw form. I use GIMP to process them but photoshop would do as well, or anything that has a decent perspective correction function.
