Looking for "Redswal"-need permission for mod

Hello Everyone, I am new at this but, I have a WIP of Redswals,"Rocky girl",and I understand I need his permission to modify it. Does anyone Know him ?, He has not checked in here in a few years. (he also has no email address,or any contact info in his table information). Any help would be nice. Thank-You

I used to be in touch with Redswal but it was almost 5 years ago, the email address he had back then is no longer working.

It should be ok to modify if you don't hear anything back from him in 30 days.

Sorry about the late response but I think it should be ok to just upload it when it's completed, I also tried to reach Redswal with no success.
