Masters of the Universe - Collector's Edition" has been a passion project of mine for a good 18 months. I started with Rom's classic table from 2013, and then proceeded to do a complete table rebuild with all-new code with the intent to make The Most POWERFUL Pinball game in the UNIVERSE! This is virtual pinball at a scale like...

Just a word for @TerryRed
Your new table is absolutely magnificent, exeptional work, you are the boss and I thank you enormously, I've been waiting for this table for months, the medias, the dof, everything is perfect! There will surely be updates, but in the meantime a big thank you!

A heads up... the "Ball Appearance" information in TABLE OPTIONS is listed wrong.

This is what it currently shows....

These are the correct options. The code is fine and works as intended. Just use the numbers below for the correct options.

No need for the table to have a "fix" for this to work if you use the right number.

' 1 = match faction chosen (Heroic Warriors = He-Man, Evil Warriors = Skeletor, Evil Horde = Hordak)
' 2 = Chrome (normal pinball)
' 3 = He-Man
' 4 = Skeletor
' 5 = Hordak
' 6 = match faction chosen (chrome) (Heroic Warriors = He-Man, Evil Warriors = Skeletor, Evil Horde = Hordak)
' 7 = He-Man (chrome)
' 8 = Skeletor (chrome)
' 9 = Hordak (chrome)

@TerryRed This is stunning, a really work of art, and we REALLY appreciate you showing just how good FP/BAM is, this is easily as good as some of the top VPX tables, thank you to you and all those involved for this awesome table :-)

I have also been waiting for this to be released!
It was like parents saying we are going to Disney Land, so we couldn't sleep the night before!
Cannot wait to try this masterpiece out!
Thanks @TerryRed !

Just a heads up for others who use MEGA as free users...
If you download the new future-pinball-and-bam-essentials-all-in-one-complete file, and then try to download the full table package, it will go over the MEGA sites Quota, and you will have to wait 5 hours to finish the download. (Or you can pay, to finish download.)
Best to choose just one of the table versions available to download, otherwise you will be waiting 5 hours for download to finish.

EDIT: I Downloaded both tables the first time, so there is no waiting or going over quota.
I thought I only downloaded the No Mega VR Room version, but both versions were in the package.
File size of package was 3.63 GB's.

What is the quota? I've never actually heard of that before? That's only two files per 5 hours? I know others have gotten more than that in that time.

Looks like I actually downloaded both tables the first time, even though I selected only the No Mega VR Room version.
When I tried to download other version is when it said I had went over quota.
Size of zip was 3.63, so I got both on first try.
So all good here. No waiting!

Maybe it was because it did a ZIP download instead.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE GAME

The game files are on my Mega Share. To download it:

- click on the download link provided by this site
- this will take you to my Mega share where the table zips are located
- right-click on ONE zip file only!
- choose Standard Download
- DO NOT choose Download as a Zip file! (this is known to cause problems)

I know it's not a competition, but this table will be almost impossible to dethrone. Thank you for your generosity @ Terry, peace and prosperity be with you.

This is taking FP and BAM to the next level... again! Just wow!

I am a bit confused though how to run this in VR with the Pup Pack enabled? I have installed the latest AIO and using the 'Start FP - VR-OC.bat', but that will run FP in Full Screen. When I check the PupPack and use Option 6, it says Windowed. When I look at the example screenshot in VR for option 6, my backglass does not look like that, but a much more basic DMD (the one with the red characters in the bottom half of the DMD) is displayed. I get the 'full screen' popups thoug in the DMD. It is just when there is 'normal play', DMD bottom half is diplayed in red monochrome characters. I also made the changes as discribed for the pup pack option 6, but that makes no difference.
Edit: I think I am not seeing the Full DMD in VR somehow. Not sure why.

I also had an issue in my second game. After all the balls drained on the Skeletor multi-ball, there was no more ball and play did not continue. I nudged the table a couple of times to force a tilt, and then the game was locating the ball and there was one left according to the DMD. But it did not seem to find that ball. It was really a shame since I was playing a very long game with a very high score, but I had to quit FP to continue.

Make sure you have the newest pinup player 1.5 beta installed. Its required for the newer pup features.

Make sure pupdmd is enabled for vr and pupstream are enabled in PinEvent_V2_settings.txt

For VR, Make sure your PUP FullDMD is not covered by the FP window. You can run option 5 (which wont mess with the FP window, whereas option 6 will), and then just make sure FP video settings have vsync off, and you can run FP in windowed with smaller window, so it wont cover the pup display.

PUP FullDMD issues for Non-English / non-US locale setups.

SOLUTION BELOW!

If your windows is not set to use English or US locale, then you may run into this problem shown in the pic. This is typical Windows local issue problems.

The solution is to add this line below to the table script under Option Explicit. Then save the table. (I'll add this to the next update for the table)

SetLocale 1033 'set region to US

Enabling pupstream in PinEvent_V2_settings.txt did the trick, thanks! :-) I never used pupstream before, but now I know how to use it. I was having some issues with some of your other tables in VR not displaying puppacks correctly, but with pupstream working now, they are also 'fixed'.

@, As of my knowledge cutoff in 2023, the 1933 version of the film "Contact" does not exist. It seems there might be a confusion with the title or the year. The well-known film "Contact" is a science fiction drama released in 1997, directed by Robert Zemeckis and starring Jodie Foster and Matthew McConaughey. It is based on the 1985 novel of the same name by Carl Sagan.

If you are looking for a different film from 1933 or a film with a similar title, please provide more details so I can assist you better. If you are indeed referring to the 1997 film "Contact," it is widely available on various streaming platforms, DVD, and Blu-ray.

New to FP. I'm on Linux and using Lutris. Have installed FP from the Lutris repo. It does not have BAM support so I can only play non-BAM tables. Some of the tables show up w/o a playfield image...how do I fix that?
