Not sure where to post this announcement, but I thought this may be the most appropriate.
We wanted to say "hello" and introduce you to the MUSEUM OF PINBALL located in southern California – www.museumofpinball.org – with over 500 machines to be housed within 40,000 square feet on an 18 acre campus within 20 minutes of Palm Springs, CA. Slated to open in early 2014, we just launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise at least $150,000 over the next 30 days to cover renovations before the Grand Opening.

Important Details:
Non-profit – The Museum of Pinball is a non-profit organization founded by John Weeks.
Property – We purchased the 18 acre campus so that we can't lose our lease or have a landlord kick us out.
All-In – One of the first questions people ask is, "If you have 500 machines and purchased the facility, why can't you come up with $150,000 yourself?" Great question. The bottom line is that John Weeks has leveraged his resources to acquire the property at a great price, but he's "all-in" at this point without the necessary funds left to renovate. He's come this far in faith that the pinball community will be excited to jump on board.
