Click on the link above the screenshot, then move your mouse pointer inside the blue-lined rectangle. Tii uses invisible ink.

I answered the survey Q ("none of these" banks) and the download button came right up. Download was painless and virus-free, and the Cyborg 2.0 table displays Tii's usual mastery of sight and sound (Thank you, Tii!).

See the blue bar that says to answer a question to continue? It's in your pic. Clicking that will give you a question. Clicking the answer will give you a download button.
